Christmas 2010

Presepio/ Nativity Scene/ Kerststal

From Coisas Minhas

The crib was given by my mother. She bought it in Portugal and sent it to me by the post. I bought the figures at Xenos. So, this kerststal is a Portuguese-Dutch mix :-)

This Christmas Pyramid was bought last year in Aachen Christmas Market.

  1. Que maravilha! Também tenho a árvore de Natal e o Presépio (um antigo), mas não tenho a pirâmide. Gostei muito! Feliz véspera de Natal!:)

  2. Your house is like a little Christmas market in itself! :D Lovely, especially the presépio - was that the one you had by the window in the other house?

  4. @Aledys: No, that one was in the photo of the previous entry. I lost the crib in a small fire with the candles. I loved so much my golden crib and I lost it! My mother tried to find another one, without success. I kept the traditional figures, in case we found a similar crib.
Meantime, we have this one :-)

  5. What beautiful! I like all the things typical of Christmas...
Despite being almost ready to pack everything for the move, I set up the Christmas tree and arrange my home like every year...

Merry Christmas!!!! I hope that all your dreams come true...

  7. @ Patricia: You are very brave, Pato! What a great change of life! I admire you!
I agree with you. It's important to decorate the house in spite of the removals. It helps you to feel more comfortable there. Besides, you feel that you are enjoying the last Christmas there, right? ;-)
    Merry Christmas!! :-)
