I like my backyard...:-)

The backyard is complete for now.

The table and the chairs were bought in JYSK for a very good price.
Remember this post? I was "scared" with the prices.
I didn't want to spend too much in garden furniture because I will not have visits and parties each weekend in the achtertuin.
I like also to go to the beach, travel in the country and visit friends in summer's weekends :-)

The most important is a cosy and functional backyard to get together our dear ones. ;-)
Flowers, candles and pillows are very useful to have a "gezellige sfeer" (cosy environment), but specially friendship and laughter ;-) don't you agree?

Enjoy the Summer! ;-)

  1. SANDRA! I am back from my vacation! Now, seeing your lovely backyard is bringing back fond memories that I spent in California with beloved family and friends and blogger friends; laughter and food were the focal points and we all will never forget the visit. One day, one day I will step foot on Dutch soil and see you and the Dutchess and Lili. God bless you dearest and I will be posting again this weekend. I LOVE THE NEW LOOK OF YOUR BLOG!!!! 5. Sandra, I am always amazed with how delicate, pretty AND functional the backyards in Holland are. Flowers, shadows, fountains, candles, pillows... and extension of your living room ! Delightful.
