Europe and Architecture Photography Contest

Last June, I sent these three photos to the Europe and Architecture Photography Contest organized by Almere's New Library and the Europe Direct Almere. Now they are part of an exhibition in Almere Haven's Library until August, 7. After they will be in Almere Buiten's Library until August, 31.
I went already to the exhibition in Haven's Library and there are great photos that deserve to win. Good luck to everybody!

My Oostvaarders photo wins the Flevoland Tourism Contest

Remember my Almere Oostvaarders photo ? :-)

Well, this beautiful sunset in Oostvaarders has won the 2011 Spring-Summer Tourisme Flevoland Contest!!! There were two winnars and one was I! :-)

I enjoyed so much to participate in this contest! I like to live in Flevoland! It's a green, quiet and relaxed province with very pretty places to visit and enjoy!
We also have many cultural activities! Flevoland is pure gezelligheid! :-)

We won the prize I really wanted to win! One day out at Orchideeën Hoeve in Luttelgeest , a very pretty place with colourful orchids, many butterflies, tropical fishes and exquisite plants! ;-))

In June, I've decided to participate in the FotoClubAlmere's contest: the Joost Morssink Wisseltrofee!

I'm not a member of the club, and even so, the members could not participate in the contest. I don't know anybody there. I've never participated in a photo exhibition and my camera is a very simple Lumix.

I just sent 3 photos via email. Let's wait and see... I thought...
Two of them were chosen to the annual 20 photos exhibition of the Joost Morssink Wisseltrofee!

The exhibition is in the Stadhuis, B passage, until the end of July. ;-)

I didn't get any prize, but a dear friend of mine, yes! ;-) He was not there to get his 1st prize because he is now with his family on vacation ;-) But I was there and the prize is here waiting for him...;-)
