The movie of this second Christmas day was...

A Christmas Carol (1999) with Patrick Stewart as Scrooge.

Thumbs up! ;-)

Hi Sandra,
Forgot to tell you: when we were in Lisbon I saw fabulous X-mas decorations in red and orange. Since then that is what I do: red and orange!
This year I used all the blues, purples, greens, golds, etc., but every where else it s red and orange, and I will sell the blues, etc. on Marktplaats.
So! It is always Lisbon in my Christmas home!

Scrooge is forever wonderful!
I saw a wonderful performance of this by a story teller in a concert by Janine Jansen, tableaux by Mousorsky (two years ago)
Happy holidays!

Dear Jacoba,

Thank you to bring to my mind such beautiful memories about Lisbon Christmas decorations :-)
Yes, indeed, specially in the Downtown (Baixa), they usually are red and orange. :-)
So nice of you take that colours to your home :-)
Merry Christmas, my dear :-)
PS: I'm now seeing Oliver Twist ;-) Kusjes!!

I didn't remember that Patrick Stewart was Scrooge in this film! I missed it...
Harry Potter was ok, but like I said last night, the cute magic is gone ... :(
