John Barry

John Barry (3 November 1933 – 30 January 2011)

John Barry died of a heart attack on 30 January 2011 at his Oyster Bay home aged 77 years.

Sad news. No words. Just silence. And his music.

Hi Sandra,
His music was wonderful! I remember sitting in the cinema with a friend seeing Out of Africa, and my friend was so touched by the music - all her emotions came out.
Sandra, with your history background, could you have look at this blog: http://princesanadie.blogspot.com/2011/02/la-dama-del-unicornio.html
Maybe you know the answer to the last picture? Such beautiful tapestries!
That is een expression that comes from boating: no matter how much storm or wind keep your boat straight!
Liefs,
Jacoba
