Anne Frank: the only existing film images
O YouTube disponibilizou uma pequena sequência filmada onde se pode ver Anne Frank (1929-1945), a adolescente judia alemã que tinha o sonho de ser escritora.
Como se sabe, Anne Frank foi descoberta e levada para o campo de concentração de Westerbock, nos Países Baixos. Mais tarde, foi deportada para Auschwitz, seguindo depois para Bergen-Belsen, onde veio a falecer.

Na sequência filmada, Anne assoma à janela, como muitas vizinhas de andares do lado e de cima e de baixo, para ver uns noivos passarem. O ambiente que a câmara captou para o futuro é de estranha calma. Tudo na rua parece perfeito... as pessoas observam o novo casal, estão bem vestidas, algumas destacam-se pela sua elegância, os seus gestos são normais, várias sorriem, dois ou mais rapazes passam de bicicleta, alguns carros contornam a esquina, uma criança com um grande laçarote na cabeça dá a mão a uma senhora de casaco comprido claro. Tudo leva a crer que naquele tempo, naquele sítio, a vida corria sem sobressaltos, pautada por um quotidiano seguro. Não era o caso.

i understand my dear...unhappy people, specially with themselves, are not very kind with others... they need to change some comunication patterns to be happy but sometimes it is easier to them to have unkind atitudes...helas!

We started our travels in Porto..there we stayed for tree days..lovely little hotel..it was the start of a new schoolyear for students so there were a lot of parties on the streets..and music!
We wandered throught the streets..made a boat trip on the Douro..enjoyed the view from the bridge..found a nice restaurant..where only portugese people eat..they are the best!!!
Then the next stop was Obidos..sweet romantic town..very quiet at this time because all the tourists are gone..so we had the town for ourselfs..:)
Then Santarem...and there we stayed for almost a week..because we had some work/writing to do..the weather was warm..lots of sunshine AND there was a swimmingpool..Close to our hotel they openend a new Park,Portas del Sol,so again FIESTA!
Last stop Lisboa..and we are in love with this great city...we stayed in a hotel near the castello..I will send you a picture by E mail,because when you are in Lisboa you have to stay there..it has a tower where you can overlook ALL Lisboa..We made a trip to Cascais because there are the best fish restaurants to be found..Your country is wonderful,and the people kind and with respect for each other..we will go back..I hope..very soon
